HILL CLIMB
ABOUT
Hill Climb offers a candid look into the nearly 100 year tradition of the Mt. Garfield All Pro Motorcycle Hillclimb. The film is a snapshot of the riders, their bikes, and the enthusiasts that camp out on the shores of Lake Michigan for this exciting historic event.
Co-Directors Nick Nummerdor & Andrew Morgan have been making videos together since they became friends in middle school. After relocating from Muskegon Michigan to Chicago Illinois, they began making a variety of films together via their company Little Cabin Films. In 2013 they released their first feature documentary “Vannin'”, which entertained film festival audiences all over the world. Vannin’ screened at Calgary Underground Film Festival, Fun Fun Fun Fest, Virginia Film Festival, San Francisco Doc Fest, Beloit International Film Festival, Wisconsin Public Television (Directors Cut), & had a weeklong run at Alamo Draft House- Austin Tx.
Morgan and Nummerdor share a common interest in the lesser known aspects of Americana. Their films often explore outside the beaten path of American pop culture; populating the screen with scenes of subcultures and the people that inhabit them..
